Ever wondered why your aircon is dripping water?

Aircon dripping water? Here’s why…
In summer, when it is hot outside and you have your air conditioner blowing cold air inside, the conditioned air coming through the vent has no barrier from the warm air in the ceiling, causing unsightly condensation and water dripping from the ceiling. The same can also happen in winter when the weather is vice versa,
This can be prevented by installing an insulated air diffuser. Its insulated collar acts as a barrier between the warm and cool air preventing mould, condensation and dripping water.
When we at Quality Air install a ducted air conditioning system, we use all insulated air vents as standard.
